The Constitution says NO to cruel and unusual punishment, this I believe is exactly THAT! Something must be done! Other Units have been coming off of lockdown and it's time Polunsky does too! I decided there is only one way to find out and as of Monday I'm going on a two week diet of Peanut butter sandwiches/Johnny sack 'meals'. I'm going to make a record of my weight, blood pressure and any other observations on a daily basis then will get back to you! It isn't just to find out what happens. Call me crazy but I feel very helpless all the way over here and in my own way Its my protest against their treatment of the men in Polunsky and probably all the other prisons in the U.S I am also very irritated by the fact the inmates are being fed next to nothing and agree that although there are no apparent health implications it is still in no way good.
